Igusaya Kaen (Rush Grass Workshop)
At this traditional workshop, discover the beauty of igusa weaving — a craft that originated in Kurashiki. Using a small handloom, you’ll create your own colorful coaster from locally grown rush grass.
*The Standard Plan, which includes only the coaster weaving experience, concludes here. The total tour time is about 1.5 hour.

After your craft session, relax with a tasting of “Kibi Dango,” a local sweet made from millet, and try the new local specialty, “Drinkable Kibi Dango.” Both are made by the long-established Furuiya Honpo confectionery.
