You will enter the farm of a local beekeeper, where you will learn about the world of bees and the honey production process, from the hive to the extraction. At the end of the visit, you will taste a selection of homemade honeys.

You will enter a company specializing in the artisan production of bitters, liqueurs and spirits, where you will discover how the medicinal herbs of the Hyblean Mountains are transformed into products with a unique taste. At the end of the visit, you will taste a selection of artisan bitters.

You will take a lunch break in the shade of the Bosco della Contessa, immersed in the uncontaminated nature of the Iblei Mountains.
