You will receive a text message a day before your scheduled pickup with your booking reference, our customer service number, and your driver's name and contact details.
Your driver will meet you in the lobby of your hotel. Present your confirmation to the driver upon pickup In case you cannot find your driver, please contact him directly using the mobile number sent to you via SMS or Email.
Waiting time for arrival airport transfer: 2 hours after the indicated pick-up time, otherwise overtime charges will apply. Waiting time for departure airport transfer: 15 minutes after the indicated pick-up time.
