We had a minced Salami and Cheese for lunch with homemade country bread. Plus the drink of your choice. We meet at Estancia El Maestro, our home. Where we are going to finalize details with horses and mounts for a day in the mountains. We ride until noon to reach the banks of the river where we will have lunch, drink mates and rest with the relaxing sound of the water. . On the way back to the ranch, they await us with a classic mountain snack. Mate cooked with Peperina and Fried Cakes or some homemade delicacy
