Itinerary
This is an experience for animal lovers in a familiar environment. Located near Cagliari, Sardinia’s capital city, Sinnai is a small town where you can still see the typical Campidanese-style houses, with their mud-brick walls and wooden roofs, in its historic centre. One of these houses is the stage where Isabella and Valerio will teach you how to make two different types of local traditional pasta: malloreddus (also known as Sardinian gnocchi) and culurgiones (ravioli closed in a peculiar way). Two cats and a dog live in the house. (Only for lunch option) Later, we will cook our pasta and eat together, with a glass of lovely local wine and other typical products.
