As you paddle along the 7-kilometer stretch of river, pass by beautiful basalt column rocks, those iconic hexagonal volcanic stones Iceland is famous for. Enjoy the raw and natural surroundings, with no traffic, crowds, or noise, just the sound of the water, the wind, and your paddle dipping in.
