Reach the sheer rock face that becomes a 100-foot waterfall after the rains. In spring the trail blooms with the colourful heliconia, Montserrat's national flower. Watch and listen for the rare Montserrat Oriole, and for crayfish in the forest stream. Learn about one of the island's old trading crops, and spot cocoa pods from December to April.
