This is the same place where Gandhi’s ashes were kept for the people to come to pay their respects. We'll also share an intriguing secret—the Asiatic Society houses a hidden treasure, a 14th-century copy of Dante's Divine Comedy. Although not accessible to the public, this precious artefact was so valuable that Mussolini once offered a staggering one million pounds for it. We simply couldn't part with such a priceless piece of history.
