For guests booking the tour from Hanoi: Pick-up service is available from 8:00 AM to 8:30 AM at hotels or homestays in Hanoi Old Quarter, or at the Hanoi Opera House for guests staying outside the area. The drive to Halong Bay takes about 2.5 hours, including a short break along the way.

For guests not using our transfer service and booking the cruise from Halong: Please arrive at Lot 28, Tuan Chau Marina by 11:30 AM for check-in and meeting point. (If you arrive later, you may miss the cruise departure.) At 12:00 PM, enjoy a warm welcome at Heritage Cruises Lounge – No.28 Tuan Chau International Marina, where you’ll be served light refreshments before boarding your luxury cruise.

At 12:30 PM, board the Heritage Cruises, enjoy a welcome drink, safety briefing, and check-in to your suite. Lunch is served at L’Indochine Restaurant while cruising through the stunning, untouched Lan Ha Bay with its majestic limestone mountains.

Around 3:00 PM, the cruise reaches Ba Trai Dao or Tra Bau area (depending on weather), where guests can enjoy kayaking or swimming in the clear waters of Lan Ha Bay. Return to the ship by 5:30 PM to relax and watch the sunset over the Gulf of Tonkin with a cocktail. Join afternoon tea and a Vietnamese cooking class at 6:30 PM, followed by a romantic dinner at 7:30 PM. End the night with squid fishing or a drink at the rooftop bar, and stay overnight onboard the luxury Heritage Cruises.
