The College of the Augustales is a Roman-era religious building, buried during the eruption of Vesuvius in 79 AD, and rediscovered during archaeological excavations in ancient Herculaneum. The priestly college of the Sodales Augustales likely met inside. It is possible that the structure was used as a meeting place for the Augustales, as evidenced by some fragments on a wall, on which the names of the members of the category were engraved.
