Itinerary
- Visit the most special, hidden Bia Hơi place in Hanoi, only opens 2 hours a day from 4.30pm. Taste the best Bia Hơi in Hanoi, discover beer history of this city, find out how Bia Hơi replaces Rượu (Vietnamese traditional rice wine) to be the drink that represent Hanoi culture. (This place closes on Sunday and public holiday so instead we'll go to another hidden Bia hơi hangout)
- Go to a Bia Hơi place which was an anti aircraft base during Vietnam war and try their famous crispy pork belly and tasty beer.
- Meet my most favourite street chef in town, taste some of his very special food (fish spring rolls for example) and some homemade plum or apricot rice wine.
