Cook a generous Greek meal from scratch in a bright, fully equipped studio in central Athens. Working in pairs, you will prepare a seasonal menu that includes handmade phyllo pies, tzatziki, dolmades, Greek salad, moussaka or pastitsio, and a traditional dessert.
Your local instructor guides you through every step, so beginners and experienced cooks are equally welcome. After the cooking, sit down together to enjoy everything you made with views towards the Acropolis.
Greek wine, beer, soft drinks and water are served with the meal, and the recipes are emailed to you after the class.

Meet your instructor in our central Athens studio and discover the seasonal menu and the traditions behind each dish. Settle into your station and prepare to work in pairs.
2. Cook a Greek feast from scratch
Begin with a highlight of the class: making traditional phyllo entirely by hand. Mix and knead the dough, let it rest, then roll it paper-thin before shaping and filling your own pie. Continue with classic Greek starters, a seasonal salad, a main course and dessert. Your instructor demonstrates each technique step by step, helping you understand not only what to do, but why it works. No previous experience is needed.
