Guided by our local chef, you will learn how to prepare fresh gnocchi from scratch, discovering the techniques behind their soft texture and perfect shape. Depending on the season, the recipe may vary, following the Italian tradition of cooking with what is fresh, local, and at its best.
You will also prepare gnudi, one of Tuscany’s most delicious hidden gems. These delicate ricotta-and-spinach dumplings, whose name means “naked,” are the rustic and elegant expression of Tuscan cuisine — simple, authentic, and deeply connected to the land.
