The Krka National Park is located along the Krka river in southern Croatia. It is known for its series of 7 waterfalls. A 1900 m long interpretation trail, which represents about an hour’s walk, uses wooden footbridges on stilts above the tufa barriers. This itinerary in the form of a loop allows you to discover the richness of the fauna and flora with numerous explanatory panels on the species that inhabit this natural environment. Interesting trail features are the former watermills that have been restored and serve to demonstrate the old trade and the remnants of Krka hydroelectric plant from 1895.

Skradinski Buk Waterfall
10:30 AM Arrival at Skradinski buk one of the most attractive parts of the park. It is a massive, clear natural pool with high waterfalls at one end and cascades at the other.

10:30-12:30 AM Exploring the park. A 1900 m, one-way, circular, educational walking trail leads you around the waterfalls.
12:30 AM Catching a boat to Skradin or using a 3400 m hiking and cycling trail from Skradinski buk waterfall to Skradin Bridge.
