You start you day by visiting Amber Palace, which is a UNESCO's world heritage site. It serves as one of India's most iconic displays of royal Rajput military architecture. It was originally established by Raja Man Singh I in 1592 and served as the capital of the Kachwaha clan until Maharaja Sawai Jai Singh II relocated the seat of power to the plains of Jaipur in 1727 due to water scarcity.
