During your visit to the Mayapan Agave Distillery, you will be immersed in the traditional and artisanal process of creating agave spirits. The guided experience begins with a walk through the lush agave plantation, where you will learn about the plant and the harvesting process. You will then move inside the distillery to see the step-by-step production, from cooking the agave hearts in traditional ovens to the final distillation. The experience culminates in a tasting of the distillery's unique agave spirits, allowing you to sample a variety of flavors and appreciate the craftsmanship behind each bottle.
