You'll meet me at Chiringuito Puente Romano, an easy and well-known spot on the Marbella coastline. We start with a proper conversation - what brought you here, what's going on for you, what you want from the session - so the practice is shaped around you rather than a fixed script.
From there I'll guide you through a breathwork session on the sand, drawing from Wim Hof style breathing, slow conscious breathing, and longer breath holds. Everything is paced to you and you stay in control the whole time. No pushing, no pressure. Next we move into the sea together for a guided cold water immersion.
