In the two-hour surf lesson we teach the essence of surfing. The two main techniques that all surfers need to know: how to paddle and catch waves and how to stand on the board. This is the beginning of surfing and a lifestyle!
What to expect from one of our surf lessons: - Security Summary - Warm Up - Instruction on the beach on how to paddle and put standing on the board (stand-up) - Practice in the water according to the instructions given on the beach - Comments on the water with the instructor
