Itinerary
During this hands-on cooking class you will discover the world of Greek meze, the small plates that Greeks love to share around the table. After a short introduction and getting to know each other, we will present the menu and start cooking together.
You will prepare 6+ traditional Greek meze dishes using fresh local ingredients and family recipes. These may include classics such as tzatziki, handmade phyllo cheese pies, dolmadakia, stuffed peppers, soutzoukakia and other seasonal dishes.
Everyone participates in the cooking process and learns key techniques, such as preparing dough for pies from scratch. Once the cooking is finished, we will sit down together and enjoy the dishes we prepa...
