The history of the Taiani family winery began many years ago, initially with the construction of the agricultural building between 1820 and 1880, including the ancient cellar. In 1880 our great-grandfather, Lorenzo Basileo, started the cellar. These old and trusted methods continue today, including picking the grapes by hand. Located about 400 meters above sea level, the sloping terraces covered by traditional wooden pergolas show an environment in harmony with nature.
