Chef Cortney will walk you through making pillowy, homemade gnocchi from scratch and pairing it with a brown butter and crispy sage sauce so good it deserves its own round of applause. You will start by building your dough from potatoes, eggs, flour and olive oil, then roll, shape and cook it until it is perfectly light and tender.
