24 hours before your transfer time, you will receive an email confirming details of your driver. Your driver will go into the airport arrival hall 45 minutes after the flight lands and wait a further 45 minutes (unless instructed otherwise). If you come out early, please call our emergency line and we will arrange for your driver to go in immediately.
