This is our meeting point, at the Amerling Fountain just outside the Old Town, overlooking Blackwater Bay. After meeting your guide you will hear some interesting details about the filming and the crew. Several of our guides worked on the show, so expect plenty of behind-the-scenes stories.

Before we climb the stairs to Fort Lovrijenac, you will be shown the scenes filmed at the King's Landing port and Blackwater Bay. At Lovrijenac - the Red Keep - your guide points out the scenes shot inside the fortress, after which you will have around 10 minutes free for photographs. There are restrooms inside the fort. From the top terrace we take in the views of Lokrum Island and the City Walls, both of which appear in the show as well. Please bear in mind that there are stairs to reach the top. The guide will not rush you and the pace of the tour is relaxed, but if at any point you would rather not make the climb, simply say so and you can rejoin the group afterwards. Entrance to the fortress is €15 per person, payable on the day, or free with a Dubrovnik Pass

Our beautiful Old Town was King's Landing, but you will hear a few facts about the real Dubrovnik as well. We walk along Stradun, the main street, which has also served as Nottingham in Robin Hood and as the casino city of Canto Bight in Star Wars: The Last Jedi.

As soon as we pass the Gundulić monument and the morning market, we reach the Jesuit Stairs, the most famous staircase in the world for any Game of Thrones fan. This is where the Great Sept of Baelor stood, added digitally in post-production, and where we recreate Cersei's Walk of Shame.

We finish the tour at the Iron Throne, where your photo is free. Some people take a portrait, some propose to their girlfriend on the most famous chair in the world, and some just buy Tyrion souvenirs. The tour ends here on Boškovićeva, a two-minute walk from Stradun, and you are welcome to stay as long as you like.
