I am a licensed national tour guide myself and this is my home town and being local in this area i have a great understanding of how this historical site changed in to what we see now.

I will meet you at the bottom of the clock tower. (If you are coming from outside Galle fort, As you enter Galle fort from new entrance you can see the clock tower on the right side, enter from new entrance and turn right from the 4 way junction and walk towards the clock tower)
