Roller Coaster Road
The famous roller coaster road in Japan, known as the Eshima Ohashi Bridge, looks like a thrilling ride because of its steep slopes, but it is actually safe and designed for cars. It connects the cities of Matsue and Sakaiminato, and its unique shape makes it one of the most photographed bridges in the country. From a distance, the bridge appears almost vertical, like a roller coaster, which attracts many tourists. However, the steep look is mostly an optical illusion caused by camera angles, and in reality, it is much smoother to drive on than it seems.

Shirogane Blue Pond (Aoiike)
The beautiful Shirogane Blue Pond in Biei is famous for its bright blue water that looks almost magical.
