Maputo Elephant Reserve (Reserva Especial de Maputo)
The Reserve is 1,040 km² in extent and was originally proclaimed in 1932 to protect a small population of coastal elephants resident in the area.
We drive through it and so the likelihood of seeing animals (Elephant, Gnu, Zebra, Antelope, Giraffe, Bison, Buffalo) is high.

The quaint little town of Ponta D'Ouro is situated in Southern Mozambique just 10 km from the South African border.
Here, you will be able to enjoy the local markets, sights and visit the stunning beaches. It depends on the weather.
You will also be able to book daily activities such as snorkeling, diving, quad biking etc. at your own discretion.
