It has three concentric enclosures, each of which is surrounded by a gallery. The central sanctuary is now in ruins, but the other structures are still relatively well-preserved. Beng Mealea is a popular tourist destination, but it is not as crowded as some of the other temples in Angkor. This is because it is located further away from Siem Reap city, and it is more difficult to get to. However, the temple's remote location and its overgrown state make it a unique and special place to visit.

Kompong Phluk Village is a floating village on the Tonle Sap Lake in Cambodia. It is located about 16 kilometers (10 miles) southeast of Siem Reap, the gateway to the Angkor temples. The village is home to about 3,700 people who live in houses built on stilts above the water. The village is known for its traditional way of life, which is based on fishing and agriculture. The best time to visit Kompong Phluk Village is during the wet season (June to October), when the water levels rise and the village becomes more accessible.
