Once home to Christians and Muslims coexisting peacefully this abandoned village is now an open air museum featuring rock cut dwellings chapels tunnels and religious sites. Walking through this ghost town offers a hauntingly beautiful experience of history etched into stone.

Pasabag
Next you will visit Paşabağ famously known as Monks Valley. This is one of the best spots in Cappadocia to witness the region’s iconic fairy chimneys tall mushroom shaped rock formations that look almost otherworldly. Some of these formations were even used as homes and chapels by monks including the famous hermitage of Saint Simeon.

Let your imagination run wild in Devrent Valley often called Imagination Valley. Unlike other sites there are no churches or cave homes here only natural rock formations shaped by wind and time. Look closely and you’ll spot formations that resemble camels dolphins seals and even Napoleon’s hat. It's a fun surreal place where nature becomes the artist.

Uçhisar Castle the highest point in Cappadocia. This ancient rock fortress was carved into a massive natural rock formation and once served as a strategic lookout.
