Start the day hiking in the Cordón del Plata, with a route and pace adapted to the group so you can experience the Andes at a level that feels right for you. Then, after several hours in the mountains, continue the experience at our mountain home with a traditional Argentine asado.

This is where the hiking portion of the experience takes place. Walk through the foothills of the Cordón del Plata, surrounded by open valleys, mountain streams, and views of the Central Andes. The route and pace are adapted to the group, with different hiking options depending on fitness level and conditions.
