08:30 - Our driver will wait for you at your Venice train station to start the tour; first direction will be Modena. The duration from Venice to Modena by VAN is around 2 hours.

10:30AM - You will arrive at Modena, and you will have the opportunity to discover the 1,5 hour Aceto Balsamico tour: Italian Acetaia offers a limited and high quality selection of products, the result of a refined knowledge acquired over the years. The Traditional Balsamic Vinegar of Modena embodies important values such as dedication to working the land, the transmission of knowledge and the maintenance of traditions, which have always distinguished the Lonardi family and Modena culture.

12:15 PM- You will arrive in Parma and here have a light lunch plus the Parmigiano Reggiano and the Prosciutto of Parma tour. You will taste a wide range of products: raw and cooked hams, such as culatta, salami, cooked ham, truffle ham. You will Learn about the origins of Parmigiano-Reggiano during a visit to a Parma cheese factory. Hear how the cheese, protected by the EU, is made, still following traditional methods, made exclusively in the Typical Zone of Parma, Modena and Emilia Romagna. You will watch the dairy technicians extract the product from the milk containers and get a behind-the-scenes look at the cooking and whey separation process. Visit the molding and salting rooms, before moving on to the maturing room where the cheese is aged. You will understand how the processing of ham works, from the reception of the meat to the final product. 02:30PM- Once you have done the tours, the driver will bring you to Pisa city and the journey will be about 2,5 hours.

05:00 PM- Here in Pisa you will have free time to enjoy the city center, the amazing bars to have an Italian aperitivo and last but not least to discover one of the most famous Italian squares: Piazza dei Miracoli. The first day will end here.
