The decision to cancel the fireworks event will be made by the Fireworks Executive Committee early on the day of the festival. If the event is called off, you may be notified either in the morning or upon arrival at the meeting point by the staff.

In case the event is canceled on the same day, any transportation or other expenses you incur to reach the meeting point cannot be reimbursed.

If the cancellation is announced after the bus has already departed, the tour fee will not be refunded.

After leaving Oginoya, we will head to the venue of the Suwako Fireworks Festival. The Suwako Fireworks Festival is one of the largest fireworks displays in Japan, with over 40,000 fireworks launched in total — the highest number in the country. Fireworks will begin at 7:00 p.m. Until then, feel free to explore the festival area on your own.
