Walmart Supercenter
Meet your guide at the designated meeting point, located towards the back of the parking lot in front of Walmart. Enjoy complimentary water, sunscreen, and bug spray courtesy of a large cooler on board. Feel free to use the restrooms or grab additional drinks and snacks before departure. We'll load up and hit the road for an unforgettable adventure to Wupatki and Sunset Crater National Monuments!

Discover the rugged beauty and rich history of the Superstition Mountains, a range in Arizona known for its stunning landscapes, unique rock formations, and legendary tales of lost mines and treasure. Experience the thrill of exploring this iconic destination, steeped in mystery and intrigue. From scenic hiking trails to breathtaking vistas, the Superstition Mountains offer an unforgettable adventure for outdoor enthusiasts and history buffs alike.

Tonto National Forest
Upon arrival at the trailhead, we will hop out to get prepared for off-road driving and a quick safety briefing.
Let the adventure begin! We will travel through Bulldog Canyon in the northern Sonoran Desert and southern Tonto National Forest. Our many stops provide opportunities for amazing panoramic photos and discussions about desert plant and animal life. Get ready to see huge Saguaro cacti in their native habitat! There will also be exhilarating hill climbs and obstacles for a true off-road experience. It is off-roading, so expect a mild to moderate bumpy ride.
Near the end of the trail, we will stop for the sunset. We will spend approximately 30 minutes here for you to relax in provided chairs and take pictures of the amazing 360-degree views.
After sunset, we head back to our starting point: a fun 20-minute drive through a winding desert trail, 10 minutes preparing for on-road driving, and a 30-minute drive back.
