This is part market tour and part cooking class. We will shop the local fresh ingredients at the market and we'll head to the chef's private home to cook together with Paula, a professional and an amazing story teller. She knows everyone at the market, frequenting the market since she was a child. Paula has a great food story, as well as a great attachment to Algarvian cuisine that is her home cooking. Paula's feminine and elegant touch adds something truly exceptional to a cooking class, where you enjoy talking and tasting the delicacies cooked but also feel the charm of true Algarvian hospitality.
