Itinerary
1
Plage du Débarquement
A stop on the beach of the American landing in Provence during the 2nd World War.
We will start with a beautiful hiking around the lakes (antique blue stone quarries), with very interesting colour contrasts and red rocks with a thousand shades. Many points of geological, flora & botanic interests (or less hiking with a touristic train up to the village)
45 minutes
2
Port du Poussai
Small and charming fishing and yachting port, with nautical and scuba diving activities. Breathtaking view of the Golden Island, immortalized in Tintin's famous comic book "L'île Noire".
Possibility of picnic for lunch on picnic tables or on a beautiful beach (options sea bath & swimming or kayaking/StandUp Paddleboard or Diving (on previous request) or adventure/escape games or 4x4 buggys - ask previously for extra fees - some options only available for groups)
2 hours
3
Le Dramont
Another stretch of coastal path with surprising landscapes with red cliffs falling steeply into the Mediterranean. One of the highlights of the Esterel Departmental Natural Park.
Beautiful views, forest and red rocks cliffs (short hike 45mn - long hike 2hours)
1 hour
4
Agay
A perfectly curved bay with a beautiful view of Dramont and the Esterel mountains.
20 minutes
5
Theoule sur Mer
Sheltered in the hollow of a small cove of the Estérel, Théoule is a quiet seaside resort as much as a paradise which has all the assets to delight holidaymakers: turquoise waters licking sandy beaches shaded by palm trees, numerous creeks made of red rocks.
The perfect place to enjoy sea activities in a paradisiacal place (Paddle, Kayaking, Snorkeling) or just to relax and take benefit of the beautiful landscapes and the sandy beaches.
Visit of Theoule Castle (optional).
2 hours
6
Mandelieu-la-Napoule
A stop in the typical village and a opportunity to visit its unusual Castle which shelters the Napoule Art Foundation created in 1951 by Marie Clews in memory of her husband, Henry Clews. The couple spent 17 years restoring the Castle "Château de La Napoule", a former medieval fortress which now houses the sculpture collection of Henry Clews (1876-1937) and international art projects.
1 hour and 30 minutes
7
La Pointe de l'Aiguille
One of the strong points of the Esterel coast, an extraordinary spectacle offered by the meeting of red rocks plunging into a sea where blue and green take on shades according to the seasons.
