From Kiel take the B 503 over the canal bridge in the direction of Altenholz - Olympiazentrum. If it is one-lane, then take the exit Altenholz Klausdorf. Turn left, continue straight through two traffic calming islands / roundabout. Follow the road Postkamp in the direction of Felm until you reach Krück (about 3 km). In the small town Krück, turn right. Follow this Stodtenhagener way to the parking lot, destination reached opposite the destination address.

You will experience the special healing power of the unique natural forest, one of the few primeval forests in Schleswig-Holstein, at the Waldbaden - Shinrin Yoku. Exercises in the area of mindfulness, meditation and enjoyment are components of a personally designed manual, which can also be purchased.
