You’ll start by learning the art of fresh pasta-making, using simple, high-quality ingredients like farm-fresh eggs and locally milled flour. Roll up your sleeves and dive into the process as you mix, knead, and shape the dough by hand, crafting classic shapes like pappardelle, tortelli and spaghetti.
