Under the guidance of our passionate local chefs, you’ll learn how to prepare fresh handmade pasta from scratch — including two iconic shapes: fettuccine and filled ravioli.
Starting with simple ingredients like flour and eggs, you’ll be guided through traditional pasta-making techniques used by generations of Italian nonnas. You’ll knead, roll, and shape your dough with your own hands, turning it into delicate sheets of fettuccine and delicious ravioli filled with seasonal ingredients. Along the way, you’ll also learn how to pair your pasta with classic sauces that bring out the best of Tuscan flavors.
