This culinary experience is a cultural and sensory “travel” to discover the rich regional cuisine of Italy.
During this multi-hour affair, you will taste different flavours, understand what’s on your plate, and appreciate the true taste of the meal. The menus are expressions of the host Michela's love for her roots, her culinary family traditions, and her Italian life style. She also loves supporting local micro-farms and cooking with traditional Italian fresh ingredients.
