1. Booking Confirmation Once you book your shuttle, you’ll immediately receive a confirmation email with your assigned Ko Olina pick-up time and location. This is based on your hotel or resort and does not require further coordination.
2. Day of Travel – Morning Departure Please be ready at least 5 minutes before your scheduled pick-up time in Ko Olina. Look for a white 15-passenger van labeled “Malama Tours.” The driver will check you in by name.
3. Scenic Drive to Waikiki Sit back and enjoy the approximately 55-minute ride across the island. While this is not a guided tour, it’s a comfortable, air-conditioned trip with views of Oahu’s diverse landscapes.
