Traditional Breakfast in Pacchanta (4,100 m) Arrive at the small Andean village of Pacchanta, the gateway to the 7 Lakes. A friendly local family will serve you a warm, traditional breakfast made from organic local ingredients.

Begin the Hike to the 7 Lakes of Ausangate After breakfast, start your guided hike through stunning Andean landscapes. The trail is surrounded by alpacas, glaciers, and vibrant mountain scenery.

Visit the 7 Lakes Circuit Explore the seven beautiful lagoons — Comercocha (Green Lake), Patacocha, Azulcocha (Blue Lake), Otorongococha, China Otorongo, Alqacocha, and Pucacocha. Each lake has a unique color and reflects the snow-capped peaks of Ausangate. Cultural & Natural Interpretation Throughout the trek, your local guide will share stories about Andean traditions, legends of Ausangate, local wildlife, and the geology of the area.
