Your adventure begins as your Hippy Safaris driver-guide collects you from Nairobi. The journey to Amboseli is about 240 km (5 hours) on relatively smooth roads. Along the way, you’ll have the option to stop for refreshments, photos, or a cultural visit to a local town before reaching the park.
In the afternoon, embark on your first game drive in Amboseli, famed for its elephant herds and sweeping views of Mount Kilimanjaro. Expect sightings of giraffes, lions, zebras, wildebeest, and countless bird species.
Return to camp in time for dinner and a night beneath the African stars at Sentrim Amboseli Camp.
