Itinerary
I will meet my guest in Piazza Cavour, one of the eldest square of the city and the one where the local market is located. After a tour to learn about our local products and to shop our fresh ingredients for the class, we will reach a private house on the surrounding hills of La Spezia. This is a very hand on cooking class, you will eat what you cook... and so do I.. so cross fingers!!! The couse is composed by preparing an appetizer, main course, desert.
