When guests arrive at the Argentine roast experience, I greet them with a glass of Malbec wine, starting an authentic and warm encounter. From that moment we head to the grill area, where everything is ready to begin. There, as we light the fire and place the first cuts, I share with them the history, culture and traditions surrounding the typical Argentine roast.
During the whole experience with a very gauchesque musical background, we taste different classic dishes and dishes, while explaining the origin of each one, its characteristics and the ideal way to cook them. Each step is accompanied by anecdotes, secrets and grilling tips, so that they also learn to master the art of fire.
