Your first stop will often be at the ancient city of Ephesus, one of the most well-preserved archaeological sites from the Roman period. You'll explore the ancient streets, marvel at well-preserved structures like the Library of Celsus, the Grand Theatre, and the Temple of Hadrian, and learn about the city's history, architecture, and daily life during the Roman era.
Following your visit to Ephesus, the tour may take you to the site of the Temple of Artemis, which is considered one of the Seven Wonders of the Ancient World. While little remains of the temple today, your guide will explain its historical significance and its connection to the ancient city of Ephesus.
You will have lunch included at a local restaurant, offering a taste of Turkish cuisine.
