Saint Hripsime Church is one of the oldest surviving churches in Armenia, located in the city of Vagharshapat (Etchmiadzin). Built in 618 AD, it is a masterpiece of early Christian architecture and is listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site. The church is dedicated to Saint Hripsime, a Christian martyr who fled Roman persecution and was killed in Armenia for her faith. With its classic Armenian design, thick stone walls, and serene atmosphere, it remains a sacred site and a symbol of devotion and endurance.
