Welcome to my home in Bari, where you’ll enjoy a basic but authentic Apulian cooking experience — the perfect way to discover the true flavors of Southern Italy.
We’ll start by preparing a crispy frisa pugliese with fresh tomato and olive oil from my own trees. Then we’ll make fresh spaghettoni together, learning to knead and cut the pasta by hand, before dressing it with fresh tomato sauce and cacio ricotta. To finish, we’ll prepare a creamy tiramisu step by step, just like in an Italian family.
