Every participant will have to sign a rental agreement and pay a safety deposit by card for the bikes/e-bikes (200 euros for the bikes, 500 euros for E-bikes). It will be automatically released after the tour.

Watch the Intro Video: you will receive a short video introduction to the tour in your confirmation email. Please watch it before the day of your tour and save it in case you need to rewatch it later.

Please be aware that check-in time for the tour is at 10:00 am. The latest possible check-in is at 10:45 am. After that time, participation in the tour will not be possible.
Cancellation policy
For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.

Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
