This half-day tour offers four activities in the famous Balicasag Island and Virgin Island Sandbar. Balicasag Island has been proclaimed a marine sanctuary since 1985, so expect to see vibrant marine life. Guests will meet with the boatman and staff at Alona Beach West end, in Panglao, Bohol. Enjoy a ride in our bigger boat to see dolphins swim along the boat! Refreshments will be served onboard while traveling about 11 kilometers to the dolphin sighting area. After dolphin watching, guests will travel to Balicasag Island to transfer to a small paddleboat with a local tour guide. Itinerary

Balicasag Island

Our boatman guide will meet guests at Alona Beach, to ride a boat to see Dolphins. Actual Location and Sightings are not guaranteed as Dolphin Pod can transfer feeding areas seasonally. This will be a few kilometers from Balicasag Island.

60 minutes

Balicasag Reef

Guests will disembark and transfer to a tiny paddleboat with a guide in groups of 2-4 per boat. The paddleboat guide is a local islander, who will take guests to two areas. 30 minutes in the fish area, and 30 minutes in the turtle sanctuary.

90 minutes

Virgin Island

Guests will take a boat ride to Virgin Island Sandbar, with a magnificent view. The sandbar is made of pure white sand, with warm shallow waters, perfect for kids and for chilling out and for taking fantastic pictures!

60 minutes

Virgin Island

Optional - weather and time permitting, those who finish early in Balicasag Island can spend more snorkeling and swimming time at another coral reef.
