Doi Inthanon
Doi Inthanon, standing at 8,415 feet (2,565 meters), is the highest mountain in Thailand and part of the Himalayan mountain range extension. It’s named after King Inthawichayanon, who was passionate about preserving northern Thailand’s forests.
Here, you’ll enjoy cool mountain air (temperatures can be as low as 5°C in winter) and witness a memorial shrine dedicated to the late king.

Phra Mahathat Naphamethanidon And Phra Mahathat Naphapholphumisiri
The Phra Mahathat Napha Methanidon and Phra Mahathat Naphaphon Bhumisiri were built in 1987 and 1992 to commemorate King Bhumibol Adulyadej’s 60th birthday and Queen Sirikit’s 60th birthday, respectively.
These stunning structures sit on a mountaintop, offering panoramic views of the surrounding valleys and gardens. Inside, you’ll find intricate Buddhist murals and a peaceful atmosphere for reflection.

The trek leads to a breathtaking viewpoint where, in the early morning, you can witness the "Sea of Mist" phenomenon, a natural spectacle where rolling fog blankets the valley. Along the way, your Hmong local guide will point out rare plants, unique bird species, and insights into local ecosystems.
This trail is only open from November to May due to conservation efforts.
