Itinerary
1
Escuela Militar
We’ll pass next to Escuela Militar and through the Americo Vespucio bike lane and enjoy the shade as we make our way toward the 42K bike path—one of Santiago’s most pleasant, tree-lined stretches to ride.
30 minutes
2
Mapocho River
We’ll ride alongside the Mapocho River on the 42K bike path as we head toward the hill—an easy, scenic stretch with bridges, murals, and classic Santiago city views.
3
Parque Metropolitano de Santiago - Parquemet
From the base, we’ll ride about 45 min to the top, stopping along the way to take in the city’s northern views
45 minutes
4
Parque Metropolitano de Santiago
At the top, we’ll rest at the Bellavista Terrace—we’ll take a break to enjoy traditional "mote con huesillo", soak in the views, and snap some photos. We’ll also walk around the sanctuary area before continuing.
45 minutes
5
Sanhattan
On the way down, we’ll make a quick stop at a scenic viewpoint to take it all in—Santiago’s skyline, the **modern financial district (Sanhattan), and (on clear days) the Andes mountains framing the city. It’s a perfect photo moment before we continue the descent.
15 minutes
6
Providencia
We’ll cruise back to the starting point at a relaxed pace, following protected bike lanes through different communes like Providencia and Las Condes, with wonderful views as we pass parks, leafy residential streets, and quiet neighborhood corners for a smooth, scenic finish.
7
Las Condes
We’ll ride back along the southern end of the Américo Vespucio Norte bike lane — one of Santiago’s most beautiful routes — gliding past green spaces and sleek city scenery for a smooth, scenic finish.
